This website is subtitled “Dedicated to a fair, expedient and accountable justice system.” My family neither expected nor did we deserve anything less.
What we got instead was nine years of misery, debilitating costs; fraud, blackmail, and extortion; oppression; deceit, document concealment; contempt of court orders; breaches of court rules; breaches on Canons of Legal Ethics: breaches of oaths of office; above almost all, the Law Society of British Columbia in total breach of their statute mandated duty to protect the public, a breach of criminal law. All these breaches, and more, were supported by three levels of British Columbia courts, contrary to well reasoned decisions of The Supreme Court of Canada. It could happen to you.
Question? If two Canadian Prime Ministers, Jean Chretien and Brian Mulroney, both lawyers by profession, can be investigated for alleged civil misconduct, why not all justice “professionals” for civil and criminal misconduct? Well, in fact, they can.
The Canadian Criminal Code, R.S.C. 1985, c C-46, at section 139(2), says in its entirety:
“Everyone who willfully attempts in any manner other than a manner described in subsection (1) to obstruct, pervert, or defeat the course of justice is guilty of an indictable offense and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.” Clear enough? “Everyone!”
This law convicted a lawyer and his 15 month jail sentence was upheld by The Supreme Court of Canada (R. v. Wijesinha). His conduct would qualify him for sainthood compared to at least five of the lawyers herein. What’s going on in British Columbia?
If you believe, as I do, in a “Fair, efficient, and accountable justice system”, would enjoy the extra money in your pocket that would undoubtedly result, VOTE for a PUBLIC INQUIRY of these matters at www.change.org and stay involved at this site. Provide your input at firstname.lastname@example.org. MOST IMPORTANTLY, tell your friends to vote, and encourage them to tell their friends, and on and on,………, you get it. WE CAN CHANGE THIS! Thank you so much for your help.
